So who are the people making up our team?

Our team is made up of:

Stacey – a qualified Chartered Accountant, Registered BAS Agent and self-confessed numbers nerd,

Christine and Karen – Aussie bookkeeping superstars who specialise in Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks Online.

Tamara and Melissa – Our newest bookkeeping superstars

Kylie – our Office Manager who is based in Beaufort, Victoria and is dedicated to our business.

Melinda – Our new Marketing specialist and Social Media star

So how do we help our clients?

Stacey specialises in helping business owners to understand their financial information.  She does this by providing virtual financial coaching sessions or virtual training sessions.  She hooks up via Zoom, she share screens (or we can just chat – video or no video – whatever works), she helps you with those questions that you are just too scared to ask!

Want an in depth analysis of your numbers or accounting software? No worries.  Stacey can help with Xero, Quickbooks Online, Myob, Wave, Saasu just to name a few.  If you need a bit more hand holding, no probs.  She can offer onsite, face to face training if we can work out a location that is suitable.

Need after hours support – we got you covered.  Stacey conducts appointments after hours (around 7pm / 7:30pm) to cater for those people who are hustling during the day and only have time to sit down and focus after dinner.

She may be a qualified accountant, but she doesn’t talk accounting lingo nor does she sit in a corporate stuffy office wearing a suit.  She works from co-working spaces, has staff that work remotely and she speaks “small business” so that her clients can finally understand their ATO obligations in plain English.  And dare I say it, she makes numbers fun.

Frustrated with the stupidly high failure rate across small business owners due to lack of knowledge and cash flow, she provides virtual Financial Coaching sessions to help clients Australia wide arm themselves with the knowledge to attack their payroll, accounting software, bookkeeping, budgeting and pricing with ease.

Christine specialises in Xero and MYOB, payroll and GST.  If you need bank accounts reconciled, if you need payroll sorted and if you need debtors and bills chased up (in a friendly but lets sort your shit out kind of way), she is your lady.

Karen specialises in Xero and Quickbooks Online.  If you need sales invoices issued, documents uploaded, Receiptbank sorted, she is your lady.

Kylie is our Office Manager based in regional Victoria.  She is solely dedicated to our business and keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes.  Diary management, appointment bookings, job management and workflow management, BAS lodgements, email reminders, inbox zero hero.  Chances are if you have sent us an email, Kylie has helped (or will help) you out.

Melinda is our new Marketing and Social Media star who is going to whip us into shape on that front.
